WC identified an agricultural site for a future Class A industrial development in the fast-growing town of Clayton, NC in the Johnston County submarket of RDU. The 15.76 acre site accommodated a 161,000 SF building with several acres of outdoor storage and trailer parking but given the heavy (I-2) zoning on the site, a national truck manufacturer, purchased the site to develop a truck sales, repair and maintenance hub for its regional operations.
