WC along with partners The Missner Group and Avgeris & Associates, acquired the former American Hotel Register HQ site in Vernon Hills, IL now known as VHIP (Vernon Hills Industrial Park). Originally developed in 1996, the 70-acre site features a 204,000 SF, 34' clear height, existing warehouse building and a 5-story, 202,000 SF office building which was demolished to make way for construction of over 1,000,000 SF of new industrial space in 4 new buildings ranging in size from 97,000 SF to a 695,000 SF build to suit for Hand2Mind, a distributor of educational products.
