WC along with partners The Missner Group and Avgeris & Associates, acquired Vernon Hills Industrial Park, commonly known as the former American Hotel Register HQ site in Vernon Hills, IL. Originally developed in 1996, the 70 acre site features a 204,000 SF, 34' clear height, existing warehouse building and a 5-story, 202,000 SF office building which will be demolished to make way for over 900,000 SF of new industrial space in up to 4 new buildings.
